Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • The product received is completely different from the product shown in the images on our website.

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided as proof.

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Minor color or appearance differences caused by screen/display settings

  • Normal wear and tear after use

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified, we will:
